Consultation and site study
We walk the plot, check soil and setback constraints, and talk through how you actually want to live in the house.
Design and fixed quotation
Architectural drawings, 3D views and a line-by-line bill of quantities. You approve a number, not a range.
Approvals and groundwork
We handle CMDA or panchayat approvals, service connections and documentation while the foundation work begins.
Construction and handover
Weekly photo updates and a dedicated site engineer, through to snagging, cleaning and key handover.
